  ・Due to limited capacity in Chiba and Gunma, registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  ・Registration is not complete until payment is received. So please proceed to paymen process promptly.

  ・Please note that applications may be declined, even after payment, as a result of review based on Japanese regulations. In such cases, payment will be fully refunded.

  ・Each institution may register up to 4 participants.

  ・Registration will close once capacity is reached, even before the deadline.
